Piranha III PC System
Piranha III PC is designed for medium-channel-count applications
(up to 64 channels/station). Individual systems are housed
in a standard PC chassis. Each unit can be operated independently
or can be combined to build large-channel count systems
with no degradation in individual-channel specifications.
PIRANHA III PC systems use multiple-processor PCs to perform

Piranha III VME System
Piranha III VME is intended for large-channel-count-applications.
One or more standard PCs are used to control and display
data from one or more VME-based data stations, each of
which can contain up to 320 channels. PIRANHA III VME
systems use dedicated DSP processors to perform run-time
